Phoenix, AZ - January 9, 2008 - Richard Childress Racing, which enjoyed great success in the 2007 NASCAR SPRINT Cup Series with three drivers finishing in the top ten, has agreed to licensing terms with garage interiors and home storage market leader, Slide-Lok, for the categories of garage cabinets, garage flooring, Slat-Wall storage and closet systems for a multi-year term.
Slide-Lok’s most recent licensing agreement with Richard Childress Racing, which comes in the wake of their latest announcement with NASCAR, Inc. and Roush Fenway Racing, includes the signing of Richard Childress Racing’s drivers Kevin Harvick, No. 29 Shell / Pennzoil Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS, and Jeff Burton, No. 31 AT&T Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS. The Richard Childress Racing drivers will be notably featured in Slide-Lok’s new “Racing Garage” product line which will brandish the names, numbers, color schemes and signature logos of the top drivers of NASCAR integrated into Slide-Lok’s patented plywood garage cabinets, Slat-Wall storage, closet systems and garage floor coatings. The much awaited unveiling of the new Slide-Lok Racing Garage line is set for early 2008.
